• A fresh coastal setting: Removed from their established Toronto contacts, Shade and Angie need to earn the trust of a new community while solving mysteries across Victoria, B.C.

• Same charm, new stakes: The series blends procedural mystery with humor, romance, and heart—the formula that made the original Private Eyes a global hit—while shifting its characters into a fresh setting.

• Ten episodes: Season 1 consists of 10 episodes, and the series has already been renewed for a second season in Canada ahead of its premiere.
