Description:

Final Fantasy Resonance is a new turn-based RPG that reimagines classic Final Fantasy sensibilities in HD-2D—detailed pixel art, dramatic camera work, crystals in peril, and strategic party combat. You play as Rain, a Knight of Grandshelt racing to stop the dark-knight faction known as the Sworn Six from destroying the life-giving Crystals.

The adventure

• A classic-style quest, rebuilt: This is the franchise’s first HD-2D entry, blending retro-inspired pixel environments with modern lighting, depth, and cinematic presentation.

• Turn-based battles with Visions: Alongside Rain and his companions, players call on “Visions”—echoes of legendary heroes from across Final Fantasy—as tactical combat options rather than simple cameo appearances.

• Familiar faces, fresh roles: The growing Vision roster includes characters such as Cloud, Squall, Onion Knight, and Gilgamesh, each contributing distinct abilities and battle options.

• A new take on Brave Exvius: The game adapts the Lapis storyline from Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, reshaping its world and characters into a full-scale console RPG developed with Lancarse.
