Description:
Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World is a monster-collecting, turn-based RPG that sends Bianca and Nera—familiar characters from Dragon Quest V—into the dying realm of Witherwood. To cure their fathers and revive the land’s sacred trees, they become Monster Wranglers, recruit an enormous roster of creatures, and fight beside them.
The adventure
• A world in decay: Bianca and Nera search for a cure after their fathers fall ill, traveling to Witherwood, an otherworld facing its own spreading crisis. A magical watering tool lets them restore the realm’s sacred trees as they press deeper into its mysteries.
• Build your dream monster team: Scout, raise, and synthesize monsters from across the Dragon Quest universe. The game features more than 500 collectible monsters, allowing players to create stronger, stranger hybrid allies through synthesis.
• Strategic turn-based battles: Assemble a party from monsters of any size or species, then put their abilities and synergies to the test in classic Dragon Quest Monsters combat.
• New Joint Battle feature: The latest gameplay trailer spotlights monster scouting and training along with Joint Battle, a new system built around fighting in tandem with your recruited creatures.

A free demo is available now, and demo save data can carry up to eight eligible monsters into the full game.
